Jung Bin Cho of Springfield works with NAKASEC – the National Korean American Service and Education Consortium. After the Town Hall meeting with U.S. Sen. Tim Kaine (D), Cho said he still wasn’t satisfied with the senator’s unwillingness to pledge a “No” vote on a budget continuing resolution “unless we have a clean DACA Bill.”
